What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese healing method that assists the body back into balance through increased energy and vitality. It is a very effective method for pain management, and relieving mental/emotional issues such as anxiety and depression. Reiki is performed by placing the hands on the body, allowing energy to flow to where it is needed the most. While everyone has a unique experience within a session, most people find Reiki to be extremely relaxing. It provides a space to surrender, let go, and just be present with life.
